Your initial visit includes gathering vital health information and performing a thorough examination of all areas that may be related to your problem. After your evaluation, our nurse practitioner, chiropractors, and rehabilitation specialist meet together to review your case and create a coordinated treatment plan. This multidisciplinary approach incorporates advanced, evidence-based care focused on helping you recover effectively while avoiding aggressive interventions, including surgery whenever possible.
